We offer a variety of flexible package options which are perfectly tailored to suit your business:

Type 1: A process monitoring chart which will highlight systems that are happening each month. No IT package required. Three months minimum package (3 off-reports).

Type 2: A site diary to be filled out by the site supervisor daily, and a summary report weekly by the PM to comment weekly on the site diary and train the staff to use the system correctly. A log on to a site platform will be required. Three months minimum package (12 off site diary assessments).

Type 3: A site diary to be filled out by the site supervisor daily, and a summary report weekly by the PM. SPB Solutions to comment weekly on the site diary and train the staff to use the system. A log on to a site platform will be required. A process monitoring chart will highlight systems that are happening each month. Three months minimum package (12 off site diary assessments & 3 off process monitoring reports).

Included will be advice on getting schedules completed, and also programming ideas to keep all items up-to-date, on a project by project basis (depending on what is already in place).

Type 4: Site defect reports, maintenance assessments or tender meeting survey reports. These will be supplied as PDF reports, showing areas and possible problems within projects before and during.

Type 5: Early project set-up for short term basis, client to advise which systems they would like in place at this early stage.

Type 6: Full team implementation for projects with reporting for the teams to the upper management. A site team delivery service.

Type 7: Once systems have been implemented, we offer a full management option and development of the system to include many more facilities used for the project delivery. We’ll sit down to discuss your requirements, as every project is different.
