Initially, we’ll run an analysis of the systems and processes that are currently in place, and sit down with you to discuss whether the same or similar mistakes have been made in past projects.

Next, we’ll put forward processes, prioritising spreadsheets that will identify certain elements of a project that need to be addressed. This option will manage the processes, not project manage the project.

Our team will monitor these processes and identify items that need to be addressed well before they become a costly problem. This procedure aims to reduce employee stress, and therefore, increase staff confidence and retention. Changing staff due to difficult processes is very costly to companies.

This system is especially effective for new staff learning new company systems, and it can also highlight new training required.
