So when you go to a profitable company, as an example, they say to me things like,
" What do I need you for? I am already paying my PM to do that job".
" How much money will you save me"?
" I already have a process for my teams and don't need another"?
And there are many more. The whole point of the first consultation and review is to see if there are common costly items that occur on projects, that you would like to be resolved. It doesn't matter if you have a system in place or not. The question is, is it working and are you happy with the way your company delivers projects through all parts of your company?
